In accordance with Worksafe BC guidelines, we take every precaution to keep everyone healthy by:

1. Doing as much of the consultation as possible by phone or email prior to meeting in person.
2. Confirming we are healthy before attending your home.
3. Sanitizing our hands upon arrival before getting out of our vehicle. If we use an intercom and/or elevator, we re-sanitize once we are in your unit.
4. Practice physical distancing as much as possible and wear face masks in case it is not possible to maintain a distance of 6 feet.
5. When possible, we install while you are in another room.
6. Until further notice, we are only booking one appointment per day so as not to go from home to home.
7. We sanitize the samples and point of sale machine before and after each appointment.
8. If you have any special requirements, we will do our best to meet them for you. ie; We can bring samples to your door and wait outside while you take them in to make your selection, then switch so you wait outside while we go in to measure.
9. We are able to do “paperwork” electronically to avoid pens and other shared surfaces.
10. As always, we offer the same high level of service, with extra sensitivity and attention to your safety.
